Loan Round-Up: Double For Niasse

Oumar Niasse proved Hull City’s super sub as he came off the bench to bag both of the Tigers’ goals in a 2-1 home win over relegation rivals Swansea.

The 26-year-old forward was introduced on 63 minutes and, six minutes later, latched on to Abel Hernandez’s pass and slotted past Lukasz Fabianski.

Niasse doubled Hull’s advantage on 78 minutes, finishing Ahmed Elmohamady’s cross from close range.

The hosts were given a nervy finish when Swans defender Alfie Mawson headed home in injury-time, but Hull held on to move up to 18th in the table ahead of Saturday’s trip to Goodison, when Niasse is ineligible to play.
